Luke 22:7-14

⁷^(A)Now the first day of Unleavened Bread came, on which ^(B)the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed. ⁸And so Jesus sent ^(C)Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare the Passover for us, so that we may eat it.” ⁹They said to Him, “Where do You want us to prepare it?” ¹⁰And He said to them, “When you have entered the city, a man carrying a pitcher of water will meet you; follow him into the house that he enters. ¹¹And you shall say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher says to you, “Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’ ¹²And he will show you a large, furnished upstairs room; prepare it there.” ¹³And they left and found everything just as He had told them; and they prepared the Passover.

⁸And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

⁹And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare?

¹⁰And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in.

¹¹And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

¹²And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.

¹³And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.

¹⁴And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him.
