Then the sons of Judah approached Joshua in Gilgal, and (A)Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him, “You know the word which the Lord spoke to Moses the man of God on account of [a]you and me in Kadesh-barnea. I was forty years old when (B)Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadesh-barnea to spy out the land, and I brought word back to him as it was in my heart. 10 Do not (A)fear, for I am with you;
Do not be afraid, for I am your God.

Who says to you, ‘(H)Do not fear, I will help you.’
14 Do not fear, you (I)worm Jacob, you people of Israel;

(F)God is the one who justifies; 34 who is the one who (G)condemns? Christ Jesus is He who (H)died, but rather, was [a](I)raised, who is (J)at the right hand of God, who also (K)intercedes for us. 35 Who will separate us from (L)the love of [b]Christ? Will (M)tribulation, or trouble, or (N)persecution, or (O)famine, or (P)nakedness, or (Q)danger, or sword? 36 Just as it is written:

(R)For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We were regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”

37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly (S)conquer through (T)Him who loved us.
