Job 25 (New American Standard Bible)

Job 25

Bildad Says Man Is Inferior
 1Then Bildad the Shuhite answered,
2"(A)Dominion and awe belong to Him
Who establishes peace in (B)His heights.
3"Is there any number to (C)His troops?
And upon whom does His light not rise?
4"How then can a man be (D)just with God?
Or how can he be (E)clean who is born of woman?
5"If even (F)the moon has no brightness
And the (G)stars are not pure in His sight,
    6How much less (H)man, that (I)maggot,
And the son of man, that worm!"
