11 The Lord has made proclamation
    to the ends of the earth:(A)
“Say to Daughter Zion,(B)
    ‘See, your Savior comes!(C)
See, his reward is with him,
    and his recompense accompanies him.’”(D)
12 They will be called(E) the Holy People,(F)
    the Redeemed(G) of the Lord;
and you will be called Sought After,
    the City No Longer Deserted.(H)

God’s Day of Vengeance and Redemption

63 Who is this coming from Edom,(I)
    from Bozrah,(J) with his garments stained crimson?(K)
Who is this, robed in splendor,
    striding forward in the greatness of his strength?(L)

“It is I, proclaiming victory,
    mighty to save.”(M)

Why are your garments red,
    like those of one treading the winepress?(N)

“I have trodden the winepress(O) alone;
    from the nations no one was with me.
I trampled(P) them in my anger
    and trod them down in my wrath;(Q)
their blood spattered my garments,(R)
    and I stained all my clothing.
It was for me the day of vengeance;(S)
    the year for me to redeem had come.
I looked, but there was no one(T) to help,
    I was appalled that no one gave support;
so my own arm(U) achieved salvation for me,
    and my own wrath sustained me.(V)
I trampled(W) the nations in my anger;
    in my wrath I made them drunk(X)
    and poured their blood(Y) on the ground.”

Praise and Prayer

I will tell of the kindnesses(Z) of the Lord,
    the deeds for which he is to be praised,
    according to all the Lord has done for us—
yes, the many good things(AA)
    he has done for Israel,
    according to his compassion(AB) and many kindnesses.
