    will return to the Mighty God.^(C)

² The Spirit^(A) of the Lord will rest on him—
    the Spirit of wisdom^(B) and of understanding,
    the Spirit of counsel and of might,^(C)
    the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord—

¹³ The Lord will march out like a champion,^(A)
    like a warrior^(B) he will stir up his zeal;^(C)
with a shout^(D) he will raise the battle cry
    and will triumph over his enemies.^(E)
