Acts 13:21-23

New International Version

²¹ Then the people asked for a king,^(A) and he gave them Saul^(B) son of Kish, of the tribe of Benjamin,^(C) who ruled forty years. ²² After removing Saul,^(D) he made David their king.^(E) God testified concerning him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart;^(F) he will do everything I want him to do.’^(G)

²³ “From this man’s descendants^(H) God has brought to Israel the Savior^(I) Jesus,^(J) as he promised.^(K)
