³ The God of Israel said it;
^(A)The Rock of Israel spoke to me:
‘^(B)He who rules over mankind righteously,
^(C)Who rules in the fear of God,

^3 (A)Vindicate the weak and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and destitute.

^4 (A)Rescue the weak and needy;
Save them from the hand of the wicked.
