21For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe.

13And we impart this(A) in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit,(B) interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.[a]

 14The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are(C) folly to him, and(D) he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.
