⁹ The tempest comes out from its chamber,^(A)
    the cold from the driving winds.^(B)
10 The breath of God produces ice,
    and the broad waters become frozen.^(C)
11 He loads the clouds with moisture;^(D)
    he scatters his lightning^(E) through them.^(F)
