³⁶ and he looked upon Jesus as he walked, and saith, Behold, the Lamb of God!

⁶ but Christ as a son, over ^[a]his house; whose house are we, if we hold fast our boldness and the glorying of our hope firm unto the end.

⁴ For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.

¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, even the blood of Christ:

³ if ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious: ⁴ unto whom coming, a living stone, rejected indeed of men, but with God elect, ^[a]precious, ⁵ ye also, as living stones, are built up ^[b]a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
